Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) have advantages such as low transmission of human viruses, similar post-translational modifications to human cells, ability to achieve large-scale serum-free culture, and low expression of endogenous proteins, and are widely used in the field of biopharmaceuticals. The CHO culture basal media and feeds of JSBio are chemically defined (CD) products produced under GMP conditions, which comply with the regulatory requirements of various countries for biopharmaceutical culture media.
We provide different combinations of CHO culture media for commonly used flow addition and perfusion culture processes to meet the specific needs of different cell clones. However, some clones may still require further optimization of the culture medium to increase protein yield or improve quality.
